GM Facility Services brings 35 years of experience in building cleaning. We are based at Britzer Straße 58 in Mariendorf. We have around 50 employees of our own and no subcontractors. We treat our team fairly, and our people enjoy working for us. You can tell from the work.

How does booking work?
You call or send us the form. We call you back within one working day. Then we look at your property on site, free of charge, and go through areas, floors, times and access. One working day after the visit you have your quote.
When do you clean?
At any time, round the clock by arrangement: early, in the evening, at night or at the weekend. Regularly or as a one-off job.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. There is no minimum term. We agree the notice period with you.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. We have around 50 employees of our own. We treat our team fairly, and you can tell from the work.
Why an on-site visit first?
The floor area alone says little about the work involved. Floors, washrooms, furniture, access and how dirty it is all decide the time. A price without a visit is only an estimate.
How much does cleaning cost?
That mainly depends on the floor area and layout, how often, the share of washrooms and kitchen, the floors, the hygiene requirements and the times. After the on-site visit you get a free quote.
Do you work for private customers too?
Yes. We work for business and private customers.
Which cleaning products do you use?
Effective, gentle and eco-friendly cleaning products and microfibre systems. That saves water and chemicals. In medical practices, daycare centres and kitchens, we add targeted disinfection according to the hygiene plan.
How much experience do you have?
Our experience in building cleaning goes back 35 years. We are a family business from Berlin.
