Regular or deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning is the ongoing care on a fixed schedule. Deep cleaning goes further: it removes old polish build-up, limescale and ingrained dirt. If you keep up good regular care, you need it less often.

How often should a stairwell be cleaned?
That depends on how many people use it. Once a week is usual in residential buildings, more often in busy commercial buildings. We agree the right interval with you after the on-site visit.
When do you clean?
At any time by arrangement: early, during the day, in the evening, at night or at the weekend.
Can I book a one-off job?
Yes. For example a deep clean, a clean before moving in or after an event.
Can landlords pass the costs on to tenants?
Usually yes. Building cleaning counts as a service charge under § 2 Betriebskostenverordnung (the German regulation on service charges), if the tenancy agreement provides for it.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. There is no minimum term. We agree the notice period with you.
How much does building cleaning cost?
That mainly depends on the floor area, the floors, the number of washrooms, how often and at what time. After the free on-site visit you get your quote.
