That depends on how it is used. Washrooms and kitchenettes usually need a shorter interval than desks. For toilets used every day, the German workplace rule ASR A4.1 calls for daily cleaning. We agree the right plan with you after the on-site visit.
Do you clean outside our working hours?
Yes. We clean at any time by arrangement: early in the morning, in the evening, at night or at the weekend. So your business runs undisturbed.
Do you clean open-plan offices too?
Yes. That is exactly where a clear routine matters, with fixed times for desks, kitchenettes, washrooms and meeting rooms. We agree the plan with you after the on-site visit.
Do you also clean IT rooms and meeting rooms?
Yes. We agree access, times and routines for sensitive areas such as IT rooms, labs or confidential meeting rooms with you in advance.
Is window cleaning included?
Window cleaning is a separate service with us. You can book both together, more under Window cleaning.
What happens at the on-site visit?
We look at the rooms, floors, washrooms, kitchen and access, and sort out times and keys. The visit is free. One working day later you have your quote.
How much does office cleaning cost?
That mainly depends on the floor area, the number of washrooms and kitchens, the floor coverings, how often and at what time. After the on-site visit you get a free quote.
