Service
For building sites and refurbishments
After the build, we get your rooms ready to move into: rubble, adhesive, paint and silicone residue, protective film and cement haze all go. During construction our site helpers keep the site in order, with rough and fine cleaning. After renovations too. In Berlin and Brandenburg.

First the rough clean with the rubble, then the fine clean of every surface. At the end, a check with a handover checklist. We agree the date with your site manager.

We remove adhesive, paint and silicone residue gently, and cement haze on natural stone and porcelain tiles the proper way. Floors are cared for or sealed depending on the surface. No acid on acid-sensitive natural stone such as marble or limestone, no abrasive cleaners on glass or stainless steel.
Ask for a quoteSite helpers support you during construction: rough and fine cleaning, order, protection and disposal. The final clean gets the space ready to move into for the handover.
The rough clean removes rubble and coarse dust. The interim clean happens between trades. The final clean, also called the fine clean, gets everything ready to move into, down to windows, joints and switches. We agree the scope with you before we start.
Usually not for moving in. Broom-clean only means that rubble and coarse dirt are gone. Cement haze, paint splashes and fine construction dust remain.
When all the tradespeople have finished, otherwise everything gets cleaned twice. Electricity and water should be available on site. It is best to book the final clean together with the handover date.

Yes. We work at any time by arrangement, round the clock.
That depends on the floor area, the type and amount of building dirt, the number of windows, the floor coverings, access and time pressure, and whether we dispose of rubble. After an on-site visit you get a free quote.
